Welcome to the World Song Cup FAQ! 🎶🏆🌎

Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the competition. Whether you’re an artist looking to participate, a fan eager to vote, or simply curious about how it all works, we’ve got you covered!

To vote, go to Instagram (@Wscglobal_) or Youtube (@worldsongcup) and look for the voting link, you can find some videosepxlining how to vote.

In each phase, you can vote for as many participants as you want. You can give all of them the same score or assign different scores from the available options: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 0.

If you prefer, you can vote for just one participant. The only rule is that you must vote for at least one.

  1. Country Selection: The first step is selecting the countries that will compete in the contest.
  2. National Qualifiers: Each selected country holds its own eliminations to determine its representative.
  3. Continental Qualifiers: The winners from each country compete within their continent to secure a spot in the Grand Final.
  4. Grand Final: The finalists from all continents compete against each other to crown a single winner.

For the national qualifying phase, the World Song Cup can select between 5 and 12 participants to compete in this round.

To participate, you must first register on the “Artists” page of the World Song Cup website and meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement – Artists must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • Music Video Availability – Participants must have at least one music video available on a digital platform accessible by WSC, with a production quality deemed acceptable by the organization.
  • Alternative Submission – If the video is not publicly available, the artist may submit their material privately to WSC for selection consideration.
  • Emerging Artist Status – The artist must be verifiably emerging, meaning they do not have significant reach or a large following and need greater exposure.
  • Active Music Career – Artists must demonstrate that they are currently active and not retired or inactive for an extended period.
  • Recent Music Releases – Only music videos released within the last six years are eligible for competition.
  • Public Image & Integrity – Artists must not be involved in public controversies or legal issues that could affect their participation.
  • Selection & Disqualification Rights – World Song Cup reserves the right to select or disqualify participants at its discretion.
